New vehicles, maps, liveries and much more.

• Added a toggle command /manual which enables manual vehicle transmission, see here for details (by @TXJ& @logan)
• Added custom primary and secondary colour customisation options to the vMenu vehicle colour menu (by @StOneR)
• Changed vehicle repair to be disabled when using a vehicle with weapons (by @StOneR)
• Redesigned and improved the text chat (by @nex)
• Improved and optimised VStancer for more reliable syncing of stances between players (by @StOneR)
• Updated the active staff members on the loading screen (by @StOneR)
• Tweaked the bfg9000 to be less effective at range and have a decreased damage radius (by @StOneR
