vStancer and handling editor suspension adjustments, and some bug fixes.

Changes:

  • Added personal presets to vStancer via update (by @nex)

  • Added more options to vStancer via update (by @nex)

  • Added improvements to how warnings are assigned to players (by @nex)
  • Added timeouts to vehicle spawn requests, preventing vMenu from getting stuck when spawning vehicles (by @StOneR)
  • Added a message to vMenu when a vehicle spawn request takes too long (by @StOneR)
  • Adjusted fSuspensionRaise minimum/maximum values to -0.8 and +0.8 in the handling editor (by @nex)

  • Fixed a bug where warnings could sometimes be tied to two players, causing them to stack incorrectly (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug where warnings wouldn't stack due to compatibility issues with new storage API (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug (maybe) where players could use vehicles weapons while in passive mode (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug where webhooks would be blocked for a long period of time due to rate limits (by @_z3)

  • Fixed a bug where players would be incorrectly banned by an outdated anticheat module (by @nex)
  • Removed a conflicting zone at Paleto Bay that would spam passive mode notifications when inside (by @nex)

Some examples of what's possible with the new suspension limit changes in this update:

Edit (Important):

Nitrous on left-alt key isn't working currently due to conflicts with the vStancer update. If people helped us test for bugs on our second server, this would have been caught before these changes made it to server one, but it seems that most people aren't keen to either report bugs or notice them to begin with, so that's that.

This will be fixed later tonight/tomorrow with a bit of luck and some patience. Thanks for understanding!
