Developer nex 416 Posted October 17, 2021 Developer Share Posted October 17, 2021 This update brings new balancing changes, PvPvE stats, bug fixes, and more. Added a vehicle spawner cooldown for special vehicles, such as tanks, oppressors and deluxos (by @nex) The goal with this addition is to cut-back on the usage of OP vehicles during PvP, while still allowing them to be spawned and used. Most cooldowns are in the 10-15 minute range, but go as low as 2 minutes to ensure that things are balanced appropriately. We've also removed the vehicle spam protection and a revised version will be implemented soon, if still necessary. Supporters get a cooldown reduction of up to 20% depending on the tier. Added K/D/HS statistics for PvP, PvE, and PvPvE to the right of the bottom-left radar (by @nex) You can now see your kills, deaths, and headshot percentage stats of your current session. These stats don't yet persist between sessions, but this should be fine for now. You can change the statistics mode by pressing INSERT and you can change this keybind via Game Settings -> Key Bindings -> FiveM. Added a new, improved and refactored backend for Minigames (by @StOneR) We're now running and testing Minigames v2 - more information to follow soon. Fixed a bug where player health bars would report the wrong value (by @nex) To dumb it down, all players actually had more health than the maximum that was set for the health bars. This would result in hits appearing like they never registered when they did. The health bar above the player just didn't update unless the players' health was below the (limited) maximum. Fixed and cleaned-up several map locations that contained bugs and other annoyances (by @logan) We've removed a trailer at one of the amphitheatre meet spots. We've also removed some left-over and invisible collisions at the Observatory's tunnel to make it less annoying to drift there. And lastly, we've patched a Rockstar bug that allowed players to shoot out of a particular wall, but bullets coming in were blocked. This could have been abused in future PvE side missions that involve gunfights - it was basically godmode. Fixed a bug where drift score wouldn't register and rewards were not given (by @zee) This went under the radar in one of the recent drift updates, and is now fixed. Let us know if you come across more issues with this. Other Changes: Added dynamic XP rewards for some scenarios where cop/police pursuits are evaded (by @nex) Adjusted meet votes to allow infinite vote re-assigns, but kept the cooldown for XP rewards for them (by @nex) Adjusted the auto moderation filters to be more relaxed for non-severe cases (by @nex) Fixed an exploit that was used by players to skip the shot cooldowns and reload animations (by @nex) We've also done some serious backend upgrades to help with the increased load we've been seeing recently, which caused server instability across both servers. We'll be monitoring these upgrades for effectiveness and we may lift the slots again on server #1 soon - but no promises!
