Isn't this a forum about a modded server? Like real cars and stuff, idk. That's what i want to install

There are a couple of things you misunderstood about this community and FiveM as a whole.
“Modded GTA 5 Online” and “FiveM” are not the same; please do not confuse the two.

FiveM is what RSM uses for its GTA 5 servers. You are only required to install it to play on RSM’s servers.
There is nothing else to install other than that.
