[FIX] Textures Not Loading / LAG in heavily populated areas on servers.

This is recommended to anyone experiencing game breaking lag or broken textures while attending car meets or heavily populated areas.

 

Simple fix: Go into settings > Graphics (Click A on controller to be able to scroll in the graphics settings or click in a blank spot in the settings to unlock scrolling)

 

Turn all of your settings that currently say (High-Very High) down to (Normal). Make sure you scroll all the way down to the bottom and do this with everything that relates to graphics & rendering.

 

Once done hit save & restart GTA (FiveM)

 

This should help with textures not loading in properly, hope this helps

Just to update this post by mentioning a life saving option in "Graphics"
Turn up the "Extended Texture budget". It stops the textures from disappearing  but it has an impact on FPS. ( Mine is on the middle if you're wondering )
