Freeroam #2 DLC Update

This update introduces the new content from the Cayo Perico Heist DLC, including the new island.

• Updated server game build to 2189.

 

Notes:

• The island will unload the original map upon going near it, as that's the way it works currently. No, this cannot be changed.
• Going away from the map will load the original map back in, just like how it originally was.
