This update brings new weapons and features, improvements to stunt races, loads of bug fixes for various things, and more!

 

  • Added new weapons from The Contract DLC (by @StOneR)
  • Added missing weapons from The Casino DLC (by @StOneR)
  • Added improvements to stunt race checkpoint validation (by @StOneR)
  • Added improvements to drift collisions, making them easier to work with in some cases (by @nex)
  • Added server-wide (global) XP boosters that can be purchased through the store (by @nex)
  • Added a system for purchasing 'unbans' - you can purchase an unban through the store once every 3 months (by @nex)
  • Added increased growth margin to XP and levels, lowering everyone's levels for future balancing (by @nex)
  • Added improvements to moderation tools for identifying players that have left in an attempt to avoid their punishment(s) (by @nex)
  • Added the ability to toggle voice chat modes - using the 'music' mode will disable the built-in noise suppression, resulting in better audio for music (by @nex)
  • Added extra colours to player names that indicate what kind of player they are (by @nex)
  • Added rainbow player names for Ultimate Supporters to use via /rainbowname (by @nex)
  • Added a check to player name lengths, preventing players from joining if their name was too short or long (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug where stunt race win notifications would show incorrect data (by @StOneR)
  • Fixed a bug where vStancer would reset wheel data randomly (by @StOneR)
  • Fixed a bug that was exploited to gain drift points by doing donuts (by @nex)
  • Fixed a formatting bug in some commands (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug where XP for PvP kills was not rewarded in some cases (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug that caused rewards to not be rewarded to some players that completed their associated challenges (by @nex)
  • Fixed a potential bug that could (or did) have caused vehicles to not spawn, related to spawn inhibitors (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug that caused the server to be "broken" upon start-up after a content update (by @nex)
  • Fixed a formatting error with punishment reasons that contained unnecessary spaces (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug with chat moderation that allowed players to say naughty words without getting the appropriate punishment for doing so (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug where the anti-lag system button was not greyed-out if the player didn't have access to it (by @nex)
  • Fixed a formatting error where drift total and chain notifications were mixed-up, causing confusion (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug with drift leaderboards that caused unexpected and confusing behaviour when showing/hiding the on-screen UI within zones (by @nex)
  • Fixed a logic bug with on-screen PvPvE stats where other players' kills would count as your own (by @nex)
  • Fixed a bug that prevented wanted levels from being set, acting as a permanent 'never wanted' that could not be toggled (by @StOneR & @nex)
  • Fixed a bug that caused PvP kill effects to not be able to be customised by players that should have had permission to do so (by @StOneR)
  • Removed a stunt race map that had weird UGC formatting, resulting in a broken race upon being selected (by @StOneR & @logan.)

 

We haven't formatted this update like others that we've put out, mainly because of the sheer amount of changes that we've made.

These changes are also present on server #2, as they should be and have been for testing.

 

We have more minigames coming soon which we hope you'll be excited for (spoiler... drift minigames!) as well as interesting stuff for customizing them, so stay tuned 😎
